Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating projects. You will be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle, from conception to execution, including monitoring and delivery.

Your main mission will be to coordinate flooring projects, ensuring follow-up from the initial submission to the final delivery. This will include scheduling planning, order tracking, and managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily management of projects and ensure effective tracking of task progress.
• Collaborate with the estimation, sales, and production teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Participate in the preparation of project bids, including planning, cost estimation, and supplier price requests.
• Monitor project progress, track deadlines, and ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports and follow-ups for clients and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity of information.

Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of related experience

• Experience with Surfagest is an asset.
