At Flordeco, we want your shopping experience to be simple, fast, and adapted to your needs. That's why we offer two convenient ways to receive your order: the free in-store pickup or home delivery. 🤝

In all cases, the store you selected will contact you within 48 hours of your order to:

  • confirm the details of your purchase;
  • schedule the date for pickup or delivery;
  • ensure everything is ready for your project.

Because a good floor always starts with good service.

Free In-Store Pickup

Pick up your order at one of our 38 locations free of charge. It's the fastest and most economical option!

How does it work?

  1. Select In-store Pickup during checkout.
  2. The store will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the details of your order.
  3. You will then receive a confirmation email when your order is ready to be picked up.
  4. Present this email when collecting your order at the store.

Good to know: Our advisors always ensure your order is complete and ready before inviting you to the store. You can count on them to support you throughout the process.

Home Delivery

Flordeco delivers directly to your door! Our fees are calculated based on the distance between the selected store and your delivery address.

151 km and over $200 (minimum purchase of $1,000 required)

These fees cover delivery to the parking area or doorstep, depending on site accessibility.

Possible Additional Fees Depending on the Order

Every project is unique, and some orders may require an adjustment to the delivery fees. The rates displayed at the time of purchase are calculated based on distance, but certain factors may influence the actual cost of transportation:

  • the exceptional weight or volume of certain products;
  • difficult access to the delivery location (stairs, multi-story building, condo, etc.);
  • the need for additional equipment or staff for handling;
  • or any other specific situation not foreseen at the time of the order.

In these cases, the store will contact you before delivery to confirm the details and adjust the fees if necessary. Our goal is for everything to be clear, and for you to know exactly what to expect before delivery.

Special Delivery Needs?

If you require a special arrangement—such as delivery inside, in the garage, or to an upper floor—simply mention it during the merchant's call (within 48 hours of your order). The team will evaluate the request and confirm the possibilities and associated costs before finalizing the planning.

Processing and Delivery Times

Every order is carefully prepared by your Flordeco store to ensure everything meets your expectations.

Here are the main steps:

  1. Online Order Reception → the store contacts you within 48 hours to validate your order and plan the next steps;
  2. Supplier Order → the majority of products arrive at the store within 7 to 10 business days;
  3. Preparation and Pickup or Delivery → upon receipt of the material, the store notifies you that the order is ready or schedules delivery.

Total estimated time: between 7 and 14 business days, depending on product availability and your region. Special or custom orders may require additional time—your merchant will keep you informed of the follow-up.

Can I choose a specific delivery time?
Deliveries are scheduled according to the carrier's routes. Your store will confirm the day and approximate time window.

What if I am not home at the time of delivery?
A new attempt will need to be scheduled, and additional fees may apply.

Why is my address not eligible for delivery?
Some remote areas are not directly served. If the delivery option does not appear, contact your store; they can assess an alternative solution.

Can certain items arrive separately?
Yes. If your products come from different warehouses, they may be delivered in multiple shipments. You will receive a shipping email for each portion of the order.
