Flordeco is a constantly evolving Quebec-based company with 15 years of experience. Specializing in flooring and decoration, we offer a wide range of products and turnkey services to our customers. With 36 stores in Quebec and one in New Brunswick, we are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in the paint department.

Job Description
As an employee in the paint department, you will be responsible for providing personalized advice to customers, managing inventory, and ensuring the proper display of products in the store.

Main Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting paint colors, finishes, and accessories;
• Prepare orders and mix paint colors according to customer requests;
• Manage and restock paint and accessory inventory;
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace;
• Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent customer service.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of paint products (an asset);
• Experience in customer service or a similar position (an asset);
• Ability to work as part of a team and provide courteous service;
• Autonomy, organization, and punctuality;
• Availability to work variable schedules.
  

Job Type
Full-time, permanent and Saturday on rotation
