The Window Dressing Installer position involves installing and securing various types of window coverings—such as curtains, blinds, shades, and shutters—in residential or commercial settings.

Responsibilities:
• Measure windows and spaces at customer locations.
• Install mounting hardware (tracks, brackets, hooks, etc.).
• Hang and adjust window coverings.
• Ensure products are installed properly and function as intended.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and instructions.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Physical ability to handle heavy materials and work at heights.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Training and Experience:
• Previous experience in a related field (construction or interior design) is an asset.
• Training and professional development provided by the company.
