Quick, worry-free clean-up for a long-lasting look
To give your Loose lay vinyl sheet floor a long-lasting, attractive look make sure to clean up stains and spills as fast as possible.
- Move your heavy furniture using a sheet of plywood placed on the ground, under the furniture. Do not use casters on the Loose lay vinyl sheet as they can damage the surface.
- Install floor mats in entrances.
- Check the heels of shoes, especially high heels, to ensure that they do not mark the floor. Heel marks can be particularly stubborn and difficult to clean.
- Limit sun exposure by closing the drapes during peak day time hours.
- Clean the floor, using a broom or vacuum cleaner, regularly to dislodge dirt and dust. Do not use the mechanical broom function on your vacuum cleaner.
- Rapidly sponge up excess liquid using a paper towel. Wipe away excess liquid using a clean, damp, white cloth.
- FlorDeco suggest using Saniten's N300 neutral cleaner. This no-rinse cleaner will not affect your floor's finish.
- Do not use dish soap, vinegar and water solutions, abrasive cleaners or any cleaner that contains a solvent. These cleaners will leave a filmy, matte finish on your floor.
