Warehouse and Delivery Clerks enjoy working on the road and interacting with people. They contribute to the organization and optimization of the warehouse, from receiving materials to placing them in the store.

ㅤ
The ideal candidate is organized, hardworking and physically fit. They are also responsible for safely transporting merchandise to our customers.

ㅤ
Under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse and Delivery Clerk contributes to the efficient management of the warehouse and inventory.

Main Responsibilities

ㅤ

• Assist with receiving merchandise.
• Prepare orders.
• Organize and store merchandise in the warehouse.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Assist truck drivers with unloading deliveries.
• Keep records of incoming and outgoing materials up to date.
• Manage warehouse inventory.
• Load and unload materials.
• Deliver materials according to established schedules and routes.
• Inspect the condition of merchandise with the customer and ensure invoices are clearly signed.
• Use a hand truck or other equipment, when necessary, to load and unload materials.
• Check vehicle fluid levels and tire condition daily.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle, both inside and out.

Job Details

• Employment type: Full-time, permanent, approximately 36 hours per week.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Related experience: An asset.

Job Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy loads.
• Responsible, energetic and punctual.
• Strong team spirit.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently.
• Forklift operating experience, an asset.
• Availability to work a schedule spread over 6 days, including one evening per week until 7 p.m.
• Bilingualism in French and English, an asset.
• Good sense of direction.
• Good driving record. A driving record may be requested upon hiring.
• Basic computer skills. Experience using a CRM is an asset.
• Good manual skills.
