Position Description
As a Warehouse and Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to contribute to several aspects of the business. Your role will be divided between warehouse operations and in-store sales support, allowing you to develop a wide range of skills and deepen your knowledge of finishing materials and interior décor.

Main Responsibilities
Warehouse:
• Receive, inspect, and properly store merchandise.
• Prepare customer orders and ensure product accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Occasionally perform local deliveries, as needed.

Sales / Customer Service:
• Welcome customers in-store and respond to their needs.
• Advise customers on products and solutions suited to their projects (durability, maintenance, installation, budget).
• Prepare sales orders and ensure proper follow-up.
• Take basic measurements and assist with calculating required quantities.
• Merchandise products in-store and ensure the availability of samples and catalogs.
• Participate in special orders and follow up on supplier lead times.
• Provide courteous, professional, and customer-focused service at all times.

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

Education Level: High school diploma (DES or equivalent)

Candidate Profile:
• Relevant experience in warehousing, logistics, or customer service (an asset).
• Knowledge of or interest in flooring materials and interior décor.
• Comfortable with basic computer tools.
• Ability to read simple plans and specifications (an asset).
• Good physical condition (ability to lift loads).
• Team spirit, autonomy, and strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
