Our sales advisors are present in store to share their experience and provide advice to help customers find the right materials for their needs.

The ideal candidate must be ready to take on several daily challenges and is looking to grow within our company.

As a Sales Advisor and Estimator, you will work closely with the Store Manager.

Main Responsibilities

• Respond to customers' specific and technical needs.

• Advise customers and make recommendations.

• Process customer orders.

• Describe the features and benefits of the merchandise.

• Calculate the quantities required based on customers' needs.

• Explain the steps and products required to complete projects.

• Assist with shipping and receiving merchandise.

• Support the Store Manager with designers' orders.

Job Type

Full-time, Permanent.

Education

High school diploma.

Experience

1 to 2 years of related experience in the field.

Requirements

• Responsible and self-motivated.

• Dynamic and dependable.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Strong sense of initiative and autonomy.

• Excellent sales and communication skills.

• Attention to detail.

• Availability to work a 7-day schedule.
