We are looking for an experienced estimator to join our dynamic team specializing in soft floor coverings and ceramic tiling. You will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates and contributing to the success of our commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.

Main tasks:

• Analyze architectural plans and specifications.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates considering materials, labor, and timelines.
• Conduct site visits to take measurements and assess the specific needs of each project.
• Select the best products to meet clients' requirements.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Desired profile:

• Relevant experience in estimation in the construction sector, ideally in floor coverings.
• Knowledge of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software such as Quoterplan.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communication and negotiation skills.

Working conditions:

• Work location: Sherbrooke and surrounding areas.
• Working hours: Daytime, approximately 40 hours/week.
• Salary: (negotiable based on experience).
• Company car provided for work-related travel.
• Paid ongoing training.
• 4 weeks of vacation starting in the first year.
